Telehealth Consultations
How and when telehealth appointments can be used at our clinic.
Please note that telehealth consultations are not suitable for all consults. They are intended for very specific situations. Some examples of these are:

- 2Referral letters for ongoing care only
- 3Results review where appropriate
- 4COVID related and scripts
For examples 1–3 above, if you have not attended physically in the last 12 months, you will be expected to have a physical consultation. If you are unwell and require an examination — or have any other condition which your Doctor determines requires a physical consultation — then you will be expected to come in for a physical consultation.
We cannot simply write a script for a child who has a cough or cold without physically examining them and determining the need for an antibiotic or otherwise. Kindly be mindful of this at the time of booking a telephone consult.
